Whether you are a onetime customer or a re-occurring account with Western Wood Warehouse, we are happy to accept payments of Visa, MasterCard or Discover; as well as checks or money order prior to shipment of wood.

- How to place an order?

- How long before my order is ready?
Please allow 14 business days to place your order and have it shipped. Always feel free to call our friendly staff to see exactly how long before your order can be ready!
- What amount should I order?
To ensure the finest quality at lowest price, Western Wood Warehouse has a 100BF minimum or 500 lineal feet (Whichever is less). We always recommend you allow yourself 5 – 10 % on all grades for waste and inconsistencies of measurement. Our friendly staff is always willing to help you figure an exact amount that will allow for some error.
- Return Policy
We do not offer return; however we will gladly show you finished product at our warehouse. We can also email you photos or send you samples. We are here to help you understand what to expect from each of our products!
- Kiln Dried VS Not
All our wood is kiln dried to standard moisture content for fir, which is 10 – 12 %.
- What does Rough Cut Full sawn mean?
Rough cut full sawn is cut larger than size on average to enable material to be milled down and finished to standard size.
- Can you match my current flooring or repairing existing?
Yes, we can match any existing flooring. Provide us a sample and we can match the profile identically!
